Wet Bulb / The Buffalo and the Passenger Pigeon
Clown Funeral Collective, Drayton Arms Theatre (2024)
WET BULB and THE BUFFALO AND THE PASSENGER PIGEON ran for two nights at the Drayton Arms Theatre in July 2024, alongside three other short plays on the theme of Summer Nights for our inaugural Clown Funeral Collective New Writing Night.
Wet Bulb
Global warming has forced humanity to adapt their summer schedules as wet bulb events become commonplace. By day, people sleep in air conditioned homes, by night they venture out in more tolerable temperatures for work and play. But with a hurricane incoming, Anu, Zoya and Dev must evacuate — and they must wait till night to do so.
